- Product should be in the room where it will be assembled and placed. ( Unless upon request) - Room must have enough space to perform assembly. - We will clean up our work area. - If products require any additional work it may result in an up charge. - If dissembly is needed an extra fee will be required. - We do not haul away any items. *There will be a $50 cancellation fee if you are unable to make your appointment without giving at least 24 hours prior notice. *Out-of-area up-charge $80 (example: Big Bear) *We offer trash pick-up option for an additional $40 - please add to your booking.
